A Canelé is a delightful sweet delicacy from the Bordeaux region of France, celebrated for its baked caramelised crust and soft, custardy centre. This treat originated in the Bordeaux wine industry, where surplus egg yolks from wine filtration were transformed into little cakes that quickly gained popularity.


We pay homage to this tradition with our lovingly crafted range of canelés.
