These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sunflour website and/or products. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from Sunflour, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All prices listed on the site are in Australian dollars (AUD$).

ORDERS POLICY

1. Ordering
   Orders can be placed online via the site at any time. Orders placed through email, text messages, social media (such as Instagram DMs) are also subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please pay close attention to the delivery radius for your selected items. 
2. Payment
   Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Sunflour accepts payment via square. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
3. Notifications
   By using our platform, you agree to receive notifications and communications from Sunflour. These may include order updates, promotional offers, account information, delivery details, and more, sent via email, text, or app notifications.
4. Order Cancellations
   Orders can only be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled delivery will not be refunded due to costs incurred in processing the order. Please submit cancellation requests in writing to info@sunflour.com.au
   Sunflour reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and will notify you via email, SMS, phone, or social media if your order is cancelled.
5. Order Changes
   Changes to an order are allowed up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date,(such as altering the pick-up date, location, or items in the order). Sunflour cannot guarantee availability of any requested changes, but will endeavour to meet your needs .
   If Sunflour makes changes to your order, you will be notified immediately via the provided communication channels.
6. Refunds
   Customers are protected by Australian Consumer Guarantees, as outlined in Australian consumer law. Refunds or replacements are available only if a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
   Sunflour is not responsible for damage to products after they are received. Once an order is delivered, it is no longer under our control.
   All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@sunflour.com.au with a detailed description of the issue, including clear images of any damages.
7. Customer Dissatisfaction
   If you are dissatisfied with your order or service, please contact us at info@sunflour.com.au. We value your feedback and will respond promptly to resolve any issues.
8. Artistic License Disclaimer
   As our products are handmade, each item is unique and may vary in appearance. We do not guarantee that any product will exactly replicate a photo shown on our website. Refunds will not be issued for products that do not match an image exactly.
9. Delivery Policy (Byron Local Area)
   Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Once the order has been delivered, Sunflour assumes no further responsibility for the condition of the product.

Termination of Access
