After nearly two years of just canelés at local farmers markets across the Northern Rivers, award-winning Sunflour is opening its first permanent home inside Santos Organics in the heart of Byron Bay.

Founded on the belief that gluten free should never mean compromising on flavour, Sunflour brings together beautifully crafted French canelés, artisan gluten-free sourdough, freshly baked pastries and thoughtfully made sweet and savoury treats.

With a focus on quality ingredients, traditional techniques and a little creativity, Sunflour is redefining what gluten-free baking can be.
